Machine and plant operator
As a machine and plant operator, you’ll be tasked with the maintenance and upkeep of our injection moulding machines. You’ll also learn how to set them up and operate them.
Industrial mechanic
As an industrial mechanic, you’ll maintain our machinery and equipment, and also learn to manufacture and assemble various components, assemblies and systems.
Process mechanic
As a process mechanic specialising in plastics and rubber technology, your role will involve operating and monitoring our machines, while also ensuring the smooth running of our production processes.
Mechatronics engineer
As a mechatronics engineer, you’ll be the link between mechanics, IT and electronics, and you’ll gain a deep understanding of complex systems.
Industrial clerk
As an industrial clerk, you’ll manage various business processes. With this qualification, you will be able to work in various departments, such as materials management, production, sales, purchasing, accounting or HR.
Our apprenticeship for machine and plant operators lasts two years.
Our apprenticeship for process mechanic lasts three years.
Our apprenticeships for industrial mechanic and mechatronics engineer lasts 3.5 years.
Our apprenticeships for industrial clerks lasts three years.
In certain circumstances, the apprenticeship period may be shortened.

We offer apprenticeships to candidates with all types of school leaving certificates.
For a technical or industrial apprenticeship, attending a technical school is an advantage. You should also have good grades in maths, technology and science subjects.
For a commercial apprenticeship, attending a business school is beneficial. You should also have achieved good grades in maths, German and economics.
Your application creates our first impression of you, so take your time and prepare it carefully. Please submit the following documents (preferably as a PDF):

- Internship certificates, awards and certifications (if applicable)

You will be entitled to 30 days of holiday per year.
As a company bound by collective agreements, our standard working week is 35 hours.
If you pass your final exam, we will offer you a permanent contract. We’re always delighted when our apprentices take up this offer.
- 1st year of training: €1,140 per month
- 2nd year of training: €1,220 per month
- 3rd year of training: €1,300 per month
- 4th year of training: €1,390 per month
